New Families
Below you will see that we use email to share details. If you are new to the religious school, please email the synagogue to be put on the directors' email list and get more information. We're looking forward to hearing from you!
Registering
Please contact us by August 5th to confirm your plan to send your child to Beth Shalom Religious School. Our organizers need to know so they can prepare the teachers and order materials.
The school sent registration forms (via email). Please check your email. If you have not already submitted your registration form by orientation, please bring it to the orientation.
Parent Orientation
Our parent orientation meeting is in mid-August at Beth Shalom (with coffee and bagels!). Look for the email for the time and date. We look forward to seeing all of you then!
Curriculum
Beth Shalom's religious school is based on curriculum from the ISJL (the Goldring/Woldenberg Institute of Southern Jewish Life).
Classes
Classes range from pre-K through Bar/Bat Mitzvah. Final preparation for Bar/Bat Mitzvah is often coordinated with help from one or more of the ISJL rabbis.
